First time users of our ticketing system who signed up at other events are in our database with a randomly assigned password for security. In order to retrieve this password, please visit tickets.themorse.com and, on the first screen, select "Forgot My Password." Your randomly generated first time code will be emailed to you at the address you received our online e-blast announcing tickets going on sale. Return to our ticketing site, log in, and update your contact info and enter a new password.

Reprint Tickets?

The Morse Theatre uses a barcoding scanner system to allow people into the venue. When you purchase a ticket, the barcode(s) that appear on your receipt both on our site and within your email receipt becomes your way into the theatre. To reprint this ticket, please either:

a) open your email receipt and press print

b) login to tickets.themorse.com. On the Welcome page once you have logged in there are buttons for "Display My Past Shopping Carts" and "Display My Upcoming Performances." Click on display my upcoming performances, select the show you need to reprint tickets for, and press print.
